Delta - Deep to light sleep Delta 1 (Deep), Delta 2 (Movement), Delta 3 (Light)
Theta - REM and Dream states (memories, unresolved trama, night terrors, feelings associated to imagry
Alpha - Relaxed but alert (also meditative states)
Beta - High Alert/ Arousal (also agitiation and anger)
